http://wcfhighnrg.tripod.com/m5/id17.htm Forshee's estranged wife apparently checked some of the search engine listings and found the original pages from Forshee's site still there and available. And there is my mug and info on the Encore Trigger Jobs. Note also that this site links to www.wcforshee.com where he claims the trigger job info is his. So, ok, Craig, which way is it? Both pages cannot be right. Check out both sites and see for yourself. Something wrong with the logic there, I'd say. "Impaired?" Mike

"Clearly?" The point must be rather obscure that I am defending my copyright, my legal property, and want to dispel any doubts among those who were not following the development and initial publication of the CD. Yes, emphatically, Forshee did find an autorun program, and, yes, he did emphatically enter the pictures and the text I wrote to that program and made and sold the CDs, but he was also told VERY EMPHATICALLY that it was my intellectual property and would always remain my intellectual property which he was free to use without royalty (shirt tail relative). He then proceeded to put copyright Craig Forshee on the CD and gave me no credit as the source at all, then eventually dropped my picture and name from the CDs entirely. Do I dislike him? If I did that to you, would you like me? Would you not also defend your claim to your property? If you don't defend your property, got a nice Dodge diesel I can take from you? If not, I'll settle for all your Contender and Encore barrels. I just thought it was an interesting bit of evidence. Mike

Hey, Opened Eyes, it gets better all the time. Now you can get the download free from Forshee also! How about that? REF from his site: "I have made this CD available free due to Bellm's inability to supply the springs and other parts mentioned on it timely and reliably. I spent many hours developing this CD which has been selling for 19.95 so any donations will be appreciated." Show me one supplier that does not run out of stock from time to time. Pretty lame when I stocked him and carried him, and he skipped town owing me $170 for inventory. Think I'll see a nickel of it if you do send donations or buy the last of the inventory he has? And, "I have made this CD available free due to Bellm's inability to supply the springs and other parts mentioned on it timely and reliably." What does this have to do with making the material available for free? BTW, I am out of #3 springs, but they are on the way as we speak. Just got a big shipment of Diamond EZE Laps in today and more Wyoming Stones are on the way also. Still have random sizes and "Gunsmith" sizes in stock. And the online store is supposed to be ready about next week so you can order online. Mike

OpenedEyes, After I got off last night, it also dawned on me that I left out a very important counter to Forshee's statements about my inability to supply items, etc. During the first year of distributing the CDs, TWICE he was, to be discreet, indisposed to the point where he was by his own doing completely unable to make any CDs to supply to me or to anyone else. Yet he refused to show either his wife or me how to make copies of the CD, the information on which I let him use free of charge in the first place. I won't publicly divulge WHY he could not make the CDs, but I'll guarantee you he spent more time "indisposed" than he did putting the files into the MMB program. And what I am saying is public record, easily verified. Hopefully your eyes will begin to match your screen name. Any doubts, contact me. Mike

Mike - I went to check out the site that you referred to. I stopped the download at the point that it did not have a "certificate". As a computer professional (as with all "professionals") there are processes and procedures to assure that work is legitimate. I consider the web site to be extremely unprofessional in that it requests "donations" for a product that cannot be trusted to be non-malicious. When a person has to register with a centralized database in order to obtain a certificate, they become more accountable for their product and it appears this individual has an accountability problem anyway. Unprofessionalism seems to be running rampant in fringe areas around this board lately. I would sure like to see us get to a point where it isn't about personalities and who-likes-who. Wouldn't it be nice if we were free to exchange ideas without prejudice and do business in a "business-like manner"??? Maybe we need to establish and distribute a manifesto on what business-like really is?! In my utopian Contender world we would all have access to accurate barrels that were well constructed and they wouldn't cost $300+! Now I feel compelled to thank Virgin Valley and their shorty sale for filling the niche that I just mentioned (and for satisfying my "itch" for aforementioned barrels). Also thanks to Mike Bellm for information that has not brought monetary gains...I look forward to a time I can do business with you. Hopefully something that you create in the near future will be something that I want/need. And now I will stop venting from atop MY soap box. Bret

Mike, Since you were able to make Craig match your price on the CD "FREE" and since according to him you are not able to ship any parts... I was wondering if you could reduce the price of the parts "that you are not able to provide" and we could have him match the price again and he could give his current inventory away also. By doing this he is out of the T/C business very quickly. By the way if you do reduce the price and he cuts his price I'll send a donation in to help out. Of course that donation goes to you and not him. I'm sure he is reading this so let's help out with the clearance sale KENTX

[QUOTE]Originally posted by OpenedEyes: [QB]Mike, I did not see any where on the second page where he said they were his. I did see where he said he put a lot of time into making the CD ie writing the html, inserting pictures and such. Now I do not know the agreement between you two nor do I care to, but you stating that he his trying to claim your work for his own on that web page is clearly nothing more than a plot to keep people in a pissing contest with anyone you dislike. OpenedEyes. Opened Eyes........you should OPEN your eyes!..I have one of the ORIGINAL CD's.....and it does have Bellms Mug in it.... It was NEVER forsees CD. And Bellm had given the info out to many way before the Cd was ever in Production..BEcause Forsee Printed the CD for Bellm did NEVER make him the ORiginator of the product....My guess is you are Just a TROUBLE maker...FROM the CATFISH pond....And yes you got Mud in your eyes.
