This is not one of my contenders but these are the pictures of my set. The forend finished out at just a tad under 2 3/4" wide. Should be great for bench shooting. [Wink]

Sure Rich and sorry Mike [Smile] The reason I am posting the pictures is to let everyone know there are other options other then just the average walnut or maple sets. I for one like to be different at times and this is my way of doing it. [Wink]

JD,
The wood came from Boyds. My good friend Ga. Jim made them for me. Contact him at jmsjhw@hotmail.com

Jules, do you have to hide from the Elite Traditional Handgun Police to fire that thing?
I have to hide to fire my single shots.
I set up an outhouse type structure around me so they can't see me firing my single shot or firing up my crack pipe.
Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha Ha.

Really not worth the obvious replys like "the bench is in the basement" or "spends most of his time in the bathroom with his single-shot".

MP, noticed most of your posts come on weekends. Now that summer is here and school is out, is your mom gonna let you play on the computer weekdays too?

MBK: Ahh the stories I could tell about my single shot in the bathroom. But this is a firearms board and I do prefer to talk about them.
Ahh the weekends. The stories I could tell about them.. I do most of my shooting on the weekdays too. Less of the ETHP around.
I may go shooting tomorrow. I may even shoot a revolver but it will have a 71/2 inch barrel.
This is a real gun not my bathroom singleshot. (it doesn't work as well as it use too besides it is a snub nose) and not a 71/2 inch crack pipe either. But I may shoot a dreaded single shot too.
Thank you for your concern about my bathroom projects.

Mike,
It has the balance of a 6" revolver. Makes a perfict woods gun. I carry it when I run the dogs. It's alot easier then a having to carry a rifle or shotgun. [Wink]
