I just wanted to publicly Dave for once again going above and beyond. I needed a forend ASAP and made a post here earlier this week regarding what I needed. Well, today I have a nice black walnut forend in hand from Virgin Valley, and it is really nice -- and just what I needed.

I had some specifics I required on this forend, and I was hoping to get one without the typical wait required on a custom order. So, Dave dug through his inventory and bailed me out...

Guess they like you better than me, I ordered one in mid-December and finally got it last Wednesday (a month and a half after projected delivery date). It's nice though.

It not liking one person over another. I happen to have the forend that Bobby picked up in stock. It was not set up for the hanger bar otherwise I would have sold it sooner.
