Is the loading manual written just for the Contender with loads from all of the other maunals worth the price?

The manual that you refer to is very good. The information is basically copied from the existing manuals and reprinted in it. It is fairly current. Some calibers are not covered but the majority are.

Well worth the tariff for it in my opinion.
