I'm going to pick up my new encore 270 pistol this week and need some loads for coyotes. I used to load 90gr hp and 110gr v-max for my 270 savage with good luck. Should I stick to them or does anyone have good loads for the 15" 270? I was going to get a burris scope for it but just dont have the funds right now what do you guys think about the simmons prohunter 2-6x32?

hey guy you can load the same bullets BUT work up slowly, save your money and buy that burris, i have one a 2x7 with posi-loc on my 308 savage super-striker and love it,i''b be darn lery of simmons Period, i load for a friend with a 708 encore i''m impressed to say the least but he''s one hell of a shooter,keep us posted and best of luck. jjmp
