Come on guys...someone has to have a set of 32-20 dies lurking in the shadows. I'm dying to give my 10" 32-20 barrel a run through but don't want to spend the $$ on a new set of dies. I decided to make this a budget project and I'm trying to stick with the idea. Thanks.........

Hey Dan, There is set of RCBS 32-20 dies on Auction Arms right now, starting bid is $25 and comes with the shellholder, here's the link http://www.auctionarms.com/search/displayitem.cfm?ItemNum=3050810 Might be worth keeping an eye on, there was a set on Ebay a couple days ago that went for about $21, wish I'd known you were still looking. Dan, if you get the 32-20 dies, make sure to take out the .312 expander ball. I talked to several of the guys I shoot with and that is all they did. Pretty much the same as I used on the Lee powder through the expander type dies, just used the sizer die to deprime and neck size, then use the seating die. One of them did splurge and spend the extra $$ for the 30-20, said it was a waste of $$. I still have the heavy bullet info for the 30-20 if you want it. I just found most of my info and data, some one else was wanting it. Now where did I put their address.... Jeff

Headstamp...........thanks! I did see those dies listed but must've had me head up me bum and forgot! Those are exactly what I am looking for. I just splurged on their bullet sale and wanted to get those also but with everything else I got...those were not in the mix.

Dan the Lee 3 die set is what I am using. There is no expander ball, but it will basically neck size. The only thing with the 32-20 brass is it is thin, like a .22 Hornet. I am not saying that you couldn't hunt with this rig with the right bullet, I think the accuracy will come before the speed, if you know what I mean. With out doing a lot of checking I would say that this is pretty close to the 30x357 that came up on another thread here. I have some brass that has been loaded quite a lot (2 years off and on shooting), and just know lost 2 rounds at one match to side wall splits. I have yet to have one seperate at the head, but then again, I am still at about an 80% load. AA#9 under a 150-180 flat base is my favorite comfortable load, about like a mild mannered 38 special.
