| Reminds me of a time shooting antelope with a 25mm gun on a Bradley fighting vehicle....
No just joking, sounds like too much fun!! Nice shooting, moving chuck with a big bore.

| If he was still twitching you'd better move up to the 300 gr bullets. I believe in clean kills. But it's cruel when you miss......the poor bastard tries to run in the hole you blew up. Bill |

| MSSmagnum, The wife gave me a Savage Striker in 17HRM for our 25th anniversary! The darn thing is more fun than eatin' beans! First groundhog to fall prey to it was 102 yards! DRT!!!!(dead right there)!! Put a 2-7 scope from Paul Dustin (from the board) on it and it's a hoot to shoot! Not the "blood and guts" that you witnessed but end result was the same!!! Great shooting and keep it up!!! GHD |

| Welp, no chucks tonite but did collect a lil tweety bird with the 444! I let Jim think that i was lettin him shoot it with his OTT 17hmr and then i popped that lil sucker, he went to bits, LOL! It was about 25 yards away and when i say it "went to bits" i MEAN it "went to bits"! There was nuttin left bigger than a dime. BTW, ask Jim about the skunk! LOL! | BTW, ask Jim about the skunk! LOL![/QB][/QUOTE] Oh the one that flew 15' in the air and landed 30' away after being hit with the OTT 444 ? But it had already met it's fait with my OTT 17 HMR. I guess we need to thank MBM Mike for such good barrels |
