What modifications are necassary to convert the Armor Aalloy II frames so they will accept the Standard Stainless and blued barrels? I recently got a .45-.410 and was wanting to get a 7-30 waters barrel for it. Thanks for any help.

Hiya,

Usually, it's a slight reaming of the hinge pin hole in the frame as the plating fills in the hole diameter a bit.

My AA frame was reamed at the factory to accept the SS and blued frames. From what I could see, very little of the plating was reamed off the allow the larger hinge pin to enter. I don't even think the plating was "broken through" in the hole.

BTW, Mike says we are all supposed to be shooting, so don't tell anybody I replied to you here. [Big Grin]

Regards
