Just got my MOA Maximum back today. The Transfer Bar Button was to stiff for my daughter to use so he told me to send it in and he would fix it for free. While it was there I asked him to put one of his muzzle brakes on it since my daughter was used to a 7BR and the MOA is a 260 Rem and has a little more bite to it for her hands. It had a few scuff marks from changing barrels. He not only got it done when he said he would, but he sand blasted the barrel while it was there and covered up all my scuff marks. The tension on the transfer bar button is perfect. Just thought I would pass along good news about MOA and how they service their products. Now it is time for load development to get it ready for deer season here in Kansas.

I would love to have an MOA but a little out of my price range. If they shoot half as good as they look WoW

Oh, they shoot better than they look! I really really really wish I had invested all the $$$ that I have tied up in my Contender into a MOA setup with several barrels. Oh well, hindsight is 20-20 and apparently I'm myopic!

B_Koes,
Maybe we can get together some time in the future. Hutch has a 600 yard range and you can try out the MOA and several XP's and I will shoot whatever you bring. [Big Grin] Sound like fun?

xphunter,
Where @ Hutch is the 600 yd range? Privite or public? I'm only 30 mi. away and never really looked at ranges, mainly just shot by myself at the farm. Might be interesting to shoot with someone once in a while. Several folks on here aren't that far away either.

Mike,
Only thirty miles away-that's close!
I haven't been there yet, but it is just North of Hutch several (5 or so) miles. One of my church members is a member at the range, so I can go with him. I would love to get with some you guys in the area and do some shooting. You have to be a member and their membership is full at the moment, but you can with a member as a guest as much as you want. I'm currently on a waiting list.
I'm also wanting to locate some dog towns to the west and do some dog shooting when the weather permits.

Mike,
Here is the web page for the Central Kansas Gun Club http://www.ckgc.org/
The range is a mile and a half North of the intersection of East 56th and Lorraine if you know Hutch. Hope this helps.

I'd like that Ernie. You might have trouble getting the MOA back from me though! Heck, any excuse to get out and shoot is a good one...so let's go! [Big Grin]
