That reminds me, I NEED a 7-30waters bbl.
always wanted a 45-70
and a 38-40 just for fun
and a 38-55 carbine length bbl.
and another 30 her bbl
need something in 22 cal but not sure if I want a 223 or 22 savage hipower
And, and...Oh no now I got the disease too... [Eek!] [Eek!]

If I had to choose I'd get the 7-30 bbl.

I had a 45-70, 15". You know after about 50 rounds through it I found myself not wanting to shoot it much. Got rid of it. A little much for me.

i say 7-30, you remember all the fun you had with the one you let go? 16 1/4" should give extra velocity over the one you had also. [Big Grin]
