A friend and I want to see if we can find someone to make some 45-70 brass with small primer pockets.Is there someone out there that can do it...?

It's already been done. I have at least one of the cases at home, and as I recall the headstamp is 45-70 leverifle magnum. I believe a friend said that it is Buffalo Bore ammo. I also believe that Starline makes brass for Buffalo Bore. So, drop them both a line and see if you can get some.
