Reduced 309jdj loads

Ok, since I finally found everyone, here's my first question. Does anybody have any safe reduced loads for the 309jdj? I'm looking for something between 1500-1900 fps using 100-135 grain bullets to use on 'yotes. Mostly, I'm trying to find a reduced muzzleblast load for my braked barrel. I don't have a problem with recoil, just the noise. Any info would be greatly appreciated.

I don't do the 309jdj (mess with 4 other 'cats and 12 domesticated calibers tho), have been doing some experimenting with IMR4759 in my 17 Rem. recently.
Just 9.5 grains with 20 grain Burger bullet turned it into a 17 HMR that can be reloaded. Very little noise and no recoil. 4759 is very position insensitive and is listed as intended for reduced loads. For what it's worth, 9.5 grains is just 38% of case capacity, but no filler is needed. It's what I wanted for shooting crows in this fringe-of-town neighborhood. But if noise wasn't such an issue, I'd be around 42% of case capacity, assuming the light bullet is used.
