Yep, Got a week off. I'm not going hunting tomorrow in hopes of my bossman calling to let me know we will be going after some rockfish in the morning. There thick in the mouth of the Chesapeake Bay and running 35lb and up. I don't know how many of ya'll like to fish, but let me tell ya... A 35lb Striper on the end of a ambassadeur 5600 with 17lb test aint no joke. One of the best eatin fish in the world to.

Anyway, I'll be hunting all next week[last week of the Va. deer season]and I will blood that 250imp. contender with an 85gr Nosler for sure! After that i'm going to blood that VVCG 6x45 with an 80gr Sierra SSP bullet just to see what that little 6 will do [Wink] Then....Then if there's any deer left, i'll use the DVH 358x444 and even if I don't hit um with that big bore, i'll scare um to death [Big Grin] [Big Grin]

I had ONE week of vacation this year and spent that one week driving a 15 passenger van full of high schoolers and sleeping on the floor of churches. In other words - I NEED A VACATION!!! hahahahaha.

Enjoy Jules.

Can you please explain to me what a Vacation is ? Man it seems like forever since I have had one of them. In fact I almost can not remember the last one I had.

Anyway, on a different note, I'll quit whinning now. Best of luck on both the Fishing and the Hunting.

Enjoy !

The nice thing about my occupation is it seems I'm always on vacation, get 4 long weeks paid and with a little imagination can stretch that into 5-6 weeks
Ah life is good..

Now your makin me feel bad. I've been workin for 30 years and I still only get 1 week a year. Some years I don't even use it and let it carry over to the next year. And not only that...I didn't get to go fishin today [Mad] Plus...My wife kept me up all night with her snoring. She's louder then a fireworks display on the 4th of July [Eek!]
And now i'm taken down Christmas lights, What fun [Roll Eyes]
I may get to watch some football and after 20years maybe i'll just get drunk today [Big Grin] .. NOT!

I don't know what it is, but I think I want your occupation . . . is it too late to switch careers?

SD Handgunner
You gotta be a farmer, only a couple of jobs that "offer" NO vacation, and I don't think you own a restuarant!

I was hoping to change careers after the big power-ball drawing, but since I didn't buy a ticket, I had slightly less chance of winning than the average person who did.

Lets see with 315 Mil I coulda got in some SERIOUS traveling, hunting, fishing.

Then I coulda just squandered some of it! [Roll Eyes]
