I hit the deer in the left shoulder it exited out the right mid-section and took out a few ribbs too.My brother field dressed it and packed it out for me. I forgot to add she droped on the spot. [Big Grin] I used a new load a 150gr SP.The shot was about 90 yards.

Congratulations! That is very impressive.I've got my 300 settled in shooting 165SSTs.Hope she does as well as yours.

hehe, the season is officially under way [Big Grin] excellent job dude! [Cool]

hey, what was your shooting method with that BIG gun. off of a rest, stix, or other means? i've made myself a couple sets of cross stix out of the fiberglass tent pole idea posted in the articles at www.handgunhunt.com.

I did the same thing.They work great!!!

Nice bullet placement! Looks like it did the trick. What part of Washington are you hunting, open, timber, thick stuff? How is the 300 to shoot? Anyway thanks for the photo's.

This was an Oregon draw doe hunt.
