Thompson Center lists the Encore in 45 Colt/410. I believe this combination is a good concept except for the bullet jump that the 45 Colt has to make; I have heard this affects accuracy.

Is it possible to use longer brass (say rifle brass) for the 45 Colt that would eliminate the bullet jump and thus give a more accurate 45 Colt?

I believe such a setup in a eight to 10 inch barrel length with an external screw on choke would make a versatile handgun.
