I have checked out several encore barrel makers online and none of them offer a 300 WSM.

Does anyone know who would offer this caliber?
Surely it (being the encore) could handle the the PSI of this round.

I would not suggest a Rem SAUM for the encore either. You are talking .550" vs. .555" of case daimeter. I think the rem case is more efficient than the Winchester and Nosler #5 test data backs that up. Factory ammo for either case is too hot for the encore frame in my opinon. You can handload either to safe levels....but then you would be dealing with about 30-06AI numbers. What you need is something with slightly larger case capacity than a 30-284...with a similar base diameter.I think Mike is working on one now.
