Can a Savage .22 rimfire striker be converted to a centergrip pistol? Is it an option from Savage?

Anything is possible given the amount of time and money a person is willing to invest. However it would probably end up as a single shot, require a totally new redesigned trigger, and a new stock. Savage does not offer this as a conversion to my knowledge.
