Gunsmith Dave White [who is currently doing much of the custom rechambering and T/C barrel work Mike Bellm does] recently offered a special on muzzle brakes, added to NEF/H&R's, Contenders or Encores, for $80.00 which included return shipping. Turn around was a whopping three days

I do not know how long this special will be in effect, but encourage all to take advantage of it ASAP, as the work is very impressive, and the price terrific!

I am overwhelmed at this muzzle brake! It is the best money I have spent on firearms related gunsmithing work since I sent Mike Bellm a Contender Super 14 to be transformed and recrowned into a 22mag rechamber

The fit is exceptional, tight, perfect at the barrel/brake interface, and the brake is wonderfull, with porting all the way 'round, canted towards the back. This particular brake is 4-1/8" in length, and Dave offers them in a variety of lengths, much shorter up to this long, and perhaps even onger if needed.

Great work, and for $80.00 return shipping, a deal not to be pased up if anyone has a pistol length barrel than needs to become a legal carbine, or for those who simply want the recoil reduction.

This barrel, certainly no recoil monster, was a VVCG 9mm 15-3/4" barrel that I simply wanted to make into a carbine length for short range varmint sniping, and when I heard of David's deal on muzzle brakes, I could not pass it up! This brake is all aluminum, is David's Maximizer brake, and adds almost no weight or balance change to the barrel.

I'll let the pics speak for themselves
