I have a Bullberry heavy stainless 24" in 300 WSM. Fred did make a few of them. Had about 20 rounds thru it. Safe queen right now.

The larger case diameter combined with the high operating pressure proved to be too much for the Encore frames. Don't fret, a 300 Win Mag will do about the same in a 14" barrel. I think Kyle has PJ's 300 WM Encore pistol barrel, so you might want to drop him a message and get his impressions of the round in a short pistol length barrel.
