Not Stainless but, I found a complete New blued Encore with 15" 209x50 barrel with walnut grip and forend for $400.00 I can always sell the barrel,forend and grip.

That's not bad. But I also got some prices from Dave at Virgin Valley. There prices are with a trigger job already done and set to whatever ya want it. For the frame + wood or rubber and trigger job there hard to beat.
