Recently, I purchased Kangaroo Concealed Carry's Air Marshal 3 Holster (around the chest). During my career in law enforcement, I utilized one of their first generation "around the chest" holsters to secure my backup handgun. Their Air Marshal 3 holster is much more comfortable even without wearing an undershirt.

Has anyone else tried the Air Marshal 3 Holster?

I've been browsing for something like that. I bet with a lightweight snub 38 or a dural Walther you'd hardly know it's there.

I'm a fan of old-style leather shoulder holsters but I like the snug fit the fabric set-ups have. Only thing I wonder about is what looks like a velcro strap for retention (I think I'd prefer a snap there...)

5.11 Tactical makes breakaway polo shirts with snaps instead of buttons, they are awesome.

The only down side for me is sitting when carrying a Commander in it. I'm a bit short in the torso to sit comfortably with a Commander in it. Smaller works well.

I believe these are the ones that I use. The buttons are fake, they are actually snaps that allow quick access. I would call them to double check. I have used them with should holsters and they work great. I have like 5 of them.

I received my Air Marshal today. It's fantastic.
Sitting @ computer with it on with Air weight & hardly know its there and it hasn't even been washed yet.
I am ordering another to have a back up.
I do a lot of traveling and its always been a pain in the ass or uncomfortable wearing IWB to me while driving.
Thanks again.
Thanks for link on shirts

Thanks for the info on the shirts. Does anyone have a link to the shoulder holster mfg.?Here in Texas it gets pretty hot in the summer so IWB is to be avoided as an extra shirt just compounds the problem. We do now have open carry but many merchants would deny us access.
