A good samaritan with a gun.
xxxxxxxxxx When considering US based operations of guides/outfitters, check and see if they are NRA members. If not, why support someone who doesn't support us? Consider spending your money elsewhere. NEVER, EVER book a hunt with BLAIR WORLDWIDE HUNTING or JEFF BLAIR. I have come to understand that in hunting, the goal is not the goal but the process.

I have no idea where charges would be lodged! The Policeman ordered the civilian to shoot the Perp, the policeman being in fear for his life! IMO case closed! The above is an example of the legitimate need for law abiding citizens to have the right to carry. ....Mac >>>===(x)===> MacD37, ...and DUGABOY1 DRSS Charter member "If I die today, I've had a life well spent, for I've been to see the Elephant, and smelled the smoke of Africa!"~ME 1982 Hands of Old Elmer Keith

While I never had a civilian shoot someone off of me, I was saved from getting a serious ass beating or worse twice during my career. What a great felling it was to have a total stranger who was under no obligation come forward to help me out.

First, the citizen acted under 'competent authority', so no charges should be forthcoming. Second, I don't know Florida's "deadly force" statutes, but I think this would qualify as justifiable. George

Again as I always like to see, recidivism rate will be zero, zed, court and housing costs the same. Thank you citizen for stepping up when the going got tough. Don't limit your challenges . . . Challenge your limits
