I have tried a few holsters with regular belts and nothing seems to work. I finally bit the bullet and bought one then another of these jbgunbelts.com The guy is a fella in NC who makes these and man are they bitchin'. Stiff, tough, and seem to be very durable. They keep that gun right where it's supposed to be. $58 delivered is a good price from what other stuff I have looked at. Don't be put off by his cheapo website. I think the workmanship is very good.
