Hard to tell, but it appears that the perp may have fired at least one shot very close to the car owners head. Luckily he missed.

That driver must have had his CCW VERY handy to react that quickly. Must be a garbage neighborhood where this kinda thing happens often. Good riddance to the rat.

I too thought that the driver's reaction time was VERY short! Even if the gun was on the seat beside him it was quick! Peter.

The driver probably has a certain heightened awareness if this is fairly common. He comes out looks around, goes back and locks the door, then goes to the vehicle. Chances are good he was using his mirrors and saw it coming.
