I just purchased a Browning BPS with full-length factory magazine tube. I would like to find an inexpensive light mount to go underneath (or to the side) that will fit an LED "mini mag" MagLite.

Any suggestions?

Thank you.

A suggestion, I would try to find a mount that attaches to the magazine tube and has a rail on it. Then get a one inch Weaver Ring and use a SureFire Led Nitrolon flashlight.

They take the 123 Lithium batteries that hold 80% of their power for 10 years.

Another good choice, and I know it is a little more money, is the Streamlight TLR-2. It has a good light and a good lazer.

The lazer can be sighted in.
I also know the Nitrolon flashlight will take repeated rounds from a shotgun as I have one "duck" taped under and between the barrels of a 20ga double barreled shotgun that I have shot a bunch with slugs and buckshot.

I would position the flashlight so that I could operate it with the thumb of the hand that will operate the pump fore end.

That reminds me of my Rat safari when I was a teenager. There where two dumps close to where I lived, a friend was a taxidermist and a couple bikers brought in a bunch of rats that they had killed and wanted to have them tanned to make a vest out of. Long sorry short that became the start of my rat safari, I would like NE said tape a flashlight to the bottom of my shotgun barrel, walk around in the dark till you would hear the rats running in the garbage then light em up literally, If I recall 63 rats was our record, the dump shooting became popular and eventually someone got shot and a night watchman was had to be hired

We killed a lots of rats at the dumps when I was a kid. Got kind of spooky when the bears started coming in after dark.

Rat shooting as fun then they closed the dumps and made the land fills no more rat shooting.
