Multiple projectiles? With bystanders? Wonderful! The cops can't even hit what they are aiming at! I will stick with a single projectile in my handguns (and rifles). Frankly I don't care whether they are banned or not.

Every generation seems to try to re-invent the wheel !!
The earliest multi-projectile I remember was the Remington 'Bank Guard' round .It was discontinued about 1920.
Rifle multis were tried by some also Read the history books , life will be much easier !

Somewhere around here I have most of a case of USGI issue 7.62NATO "Duplex Ball" ammunition intended to be fired in a GE "MiniGun".

This ammo is very nearly the ultimate in "To Whom it may concern" spray and pray

But I would not take it kindly if I found that any local law enforcement was buying up this multi-projectile ammunition

If I provoke you into thinking then I've done my good deed for the day!
Those who manage to provoke themselves into other activities have only themselves to blame.
