Hello all,

I was out and about yesterday and stopped into a gun shop that I'd never frequented before.

While there, I looked at the handguns and noticed a Taurus PT-140 chambered in .40 S&W for a reasonable price.

While it looks nice and small, easily concealable, I'm wondering about the pistol itself.

First of all, what can anyone tell me of this handgun? Is it reliable, is it dependable, will it go bang every time I pull the trigger?

Now, to complicate matters, I'm left handed. Can the "controls" be switched for a southpaw shooter?

I'd appreciate any feedback on this weapon.
