I read that yesterday and couldn't believe it! It's more than 17 kinds of WRONG! I know the poor SOB is goind to have to go through hell to get his gun back, but I don't see how a judge can just say that he's broken the law because the airline screwed him over...

i believe the judge is wrong. based on the 9th amendment, i would view it as if the law does not address it then you have the right to do it
