Cop was being a good guy. Why not reciprocate with providing your full name?

Because some people don't like cops and think they are intruding instead
of just allowing them to get on with their job.

People get what is coming to them by having a bad attitude.

In the 2nd vedio The officer must of had radio trouble with his shoulder mike.

Why sit at white only lunch counter why refuse to go to the back of the bus.

When I was working I didn't care if people exercised their rights as long as they were reasonable about it.

As citizens we are only required to do what the law is. Any thing above that is ones choice.

I convicted more people from stuiped statements they made then ever someone being quite.

I am a firm beliver in only giving the required information.

Be calm be nice but do not convict yourself .

How to get your self convicted of speeding conversation speed limit 55 mph

Officer Hello I stop you for speeding is there any reason you were speeding today

Driver I am running late

Officer how fast do you think you were going

Driver I was doing about 64 (thinking 9 over isn't bad)

Officer I clocked you at 70.

In court if you go, you told the officer and judge you had a reason to speed, You told the officer/judge you were doing at least 9 over

Be Calm be resonable but don't convict your self.

There are cops and there are cops. Many of them are on some kind of power trip with Napoleon complex, in conjuction with the us against them mentality that comes naturally as being part of a larger unit. I rarely meet one I don't like in person, off duty, and I rarely meet one I do like on duty. Many abuse their power constantly while covering for others who do the same.

Perhaps the most interesting this about the Ohio CCW stop is where the cop tells the citizen (and I paraphrase) I could murder you, and get away with it, bucause my partner would make a good witness.

I wonder if that's what happened during his previous excessive force case when he "forgot" to turn on the dashcam?

That Police Officer should be fired.

While the Citizen was "associating" with a whore, and her pimp, he had broken no laws.

The Officer over reacted, and treated him in an unlawful manner. The Citizen should not have been arrested.

The Officer should be fired and prosecuted for Civil Rights Violations.

He is a "slug".

On the other hand I pulled over before he turned around and turned on the lights.

"I was doing 54 in a 35. There's a 20 mph school zone in here, but the light is not blinking, so it's 35 mph. I drive it nearly every day. I was having a brain fart, been on the road a couple hours driving at 55 and failed to check the speedometer here until I saw you."

"You have a nice day."

Sometimes if your admit that you screwed up they don't feel compelled to spell out to you what you might have been overlooking or denying. tu2

Unfortunately he was fired. Real justice would be for him to be the first man in on a raid and get a chest full of ak-47.

Seriously? That piece of sh#t said he was going to MURDER a citizen in handcuffs AFTER repeatedly threatening him with bodily harm. If the citizen were not hand cuffed, drew his weapon and killed the cop dead, HE WOULD BE JUSTIFIED IN DOING SO!!!!! The video showed it all. That cop is a ticking time bomb. Society would be better off with him dead or locked up! Instead...he gets fired. That is bull sh#t!

What in the world makes you think I smoke pot????? You are an idiot.

So you want to live in a world with people above the law that are able and willing to murder and cover it up? Death is too harsh a penalty for murderous threats? That's right we are a polite society. Let's wait until it happens then punish them. i still opt for the entry gone bad.

He was not fired. He was placed on PAID administrative leave. That's right, he's still collecting tax payer dollars.

I'm happy he's off the street, now he needs to be fired, sued, and prosecuted.

Common sense and humanity seem to be in scarce supply in Canadian cops as well.....(from aol site)....

Rushing to save his baby's life, David Weber was issued a huge speeding ticket

by: Michael Zak

A man in Manitoba, Canada has been given a whopping $1,000 ticket and a suspended driver's license as punishment for speeding to the hospital in order to save the life of his pregnant wife and his unborn child, reported the Winnipeg Free Press.

David Weber and his wife Genevieve one day last March were on their way home from a day of shopping when she began to have contractions. Genevieve was 38 weeks pregnant and the couple knew, because of complications she incurred while giving birth to their first child, they had very little time to get her to the hospital for a Caesarean section.

In what is described as an adrenaline-filled panic, Mr. Weber mashed the gas pedal of his Honda Civic, and began speeding towards the hospital on "lightly trafficked roads," the newspaper reported, at more than 105 MPH.

Unfortunately, the couple flew right by a police officer.

The couple's first reaction was that of relief, thinking the officer would hear their situation and offer them an escort to the hospital. Forget it.

"[The officer] said, 'If you go to [the hospital], I don't want to see you guys speeding,'" David told the Winnipeg Free Press. "I was half-crying... I said, 'We don't have time for a lecture.' (I was) trying to save my wife and baby's life."

After a 15-minute delay, the Weber's were back on the road, but with a baby-gift of a $1,000 speeding ticket, and time running out.

Mr. Weber knew the delay had made it even more imperative that they get to the hospital, so he again mashed the gas pedal. But 30 minutes later, incredibly, the couple was stopped by another police officer who had actually been alerted by the first that the Webers might be speeding again in the direction of the hospital.

The second officer also ignored the situation, started another lecture on speeding, and called an ambulance instead of allowing Mr. Weber to continue to the hospital, or escorting him there. Genevieve suffered through yet another 15 minute delay in pain and agony as they waited for the ambulance to arrive.

Fortunately, the Weber's baby was born healthy at the hospital, but it was a dangerously close call. According to the couple's doctor, Genevieve's uterus was very nearly ruptured.

Mr. Weber decided to fight the ticket with the support of the doctor that delivered the couple's baby. But in spite of the doctor's testimony that speeding was absolutely necessary to save Mrs. Weber and her baby, the police refused to drop the ticket. They did, however, reduce the fine to $400.

And take a suspended license too!

Last month, Mr. Weber attended a hearing about the speeding incident, and in early July received even more appalling news: His license would be suspended for five months.

Only upon the completion of a safe-driving course will Mr. Weber be able to legally drive again. Even after his 5-month suspension is up, he'll also likely incur a heavy financial burden from higher auto insurance premiums.

Police officials would not comment to the Free Press on the situation due to privacy concerns, but maintained that protocols designed for keeping the roads safe were followed in this instance.

David Weber still is holding on to hope that the authorities will grant him some slack due to the obviously special circumstances surrounding his traffic violation. David told the Free Press that he has taken his situation to the media in the hopes of garnering public support.

For the time being, David Weber is left wondering what might have happened had he been delayed even longer. Perhaps a Canadian solicitor will show interest in the case and charge the police with endangering the lives of Mrs. Weber and her baby?

But the larger question is why the police were such sticklers for official procedure in the face of a medical emergency. Certainly, there are many officers who would react differently in the face of the same circumstances.

The Canadian couple should have called for an ambulance!
Maybe driving to meet the ambulance would be OK?

Just how far from the hospital were they? I read that they were delayed over an hour total!

What driver training does the Mr. have?

What is the speed rating of the tires?

hhhmmmmm

Depending upon your chosen profession, it's often difficult not to have anything to do with hookers.

The CO of one of my ships actually got a very nasty letter from the mayor of Mombassa because so few of the sailors took, uhh, full advantage of of the recreational delights the local businesspeople so thoughtfully bussed in from across East Africa.

Thanks, no. I'll buy you a beer. I'll tip you generously if you want to sing some karaoke. That's it. I don't want essential parts to rot and fall off. I don't care how cheap the admission price is.

It's a tough life, being a whore in a third world country. Essentially, your parents sell you into slavery. I don't approve of that sort of thing, whatever you want to call it; white slavery, indentured servitude, human trafficking, etc. On the other hand, if the poor soul is spending time with me, I figure it shouldn't be a complete loss for her.

The hotel hasn't trucked her down from Bangkok for her health.
