I have a non-New York concealed carry permit.
If I petition a New York Judge, would a New Your judge be able to grant me a temporary reciprocity for CC approval while short term visiting in New York State and possibly to include New York City.

Yes you can do it.

Be prepared to spend a lot of time and money.

New York is a real mess now with all the law suits going on.

A New York attorney said "Don't Do It" because NY is not a gun friendly state.

That says it all. Even back in 1987 when Bernard Geouetz (sp) shot those subway thugs, saving his own life; he was exonerated for killing in self-defense, but was convicted for carrying a pistol. Don't try to figure Yankee logic; there apparently is none.
