Police: Man shoots, kills 2 teens during beating Milwaukee
Channel3000 ^ | 3/12/2014 | Channel 3000

Milwaukee police say a maintenance man shot and killed two teenagers as he was being beaten with a baseball bat.

It happened Wednesday afternoon in an apartment building on Milwaukee's west side.

Authorities say a 19-year-old man and a 17-year-old girl died at the scene.

Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn says the two teens, along with a 21-year-old man, got into an argument with the 39-year-old maintenance man in a stairwell in a common area of the building.

The Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports one of the three beat the maintenance man while he was being held. The maintenance man then pulled a gun and shot the two teens.

Flynn says the maintenance man was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries. The 21-year-old man was arrested

MILWAUKEE—The maintenance man who police say fatally shot two teens as he was being beaten with a baseball bat is in the Milwaukee County Jail.
Sheriff's spokeswoman Fran McLaughlin says the 39-year-old man was arrested on possible charges of first-degree intentional homicide.

Milwaukee Police Chief Edward Flynn says a 19-year-old man and 17-year girl were fatally shot by the man in a stairwell of an apartment building on the city's west side Wednesday afternoon.

Flynn says the two teens and a third person got into an argument with the man which led to a physical fight. McLaughlin says the third person, a 20-year-old man, is in jail on a possible charge of substantial battery.

The maintenance man was treated at a hospital and arrested.

Well, at least it says "possible" charges.

I suspect there's a good bit more to this story than has been revealed so far.

The Milwaukee Sheriff, David Clarke, is a very no nonsense, conservative. I suspect these charges will be dropped post-haste. (I realize the Sheriff doesn't have control over the DA's office or the grand jury, but ....)

Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm announced Wednesday that Jeremy Rossetto will not be charged in connection with the March 12 shooting death of two teens who were hitting him with a souvenir baseball bat.

The district attorney's office reviewed the police investigation, interviewed witnesses and viewed witness cellphone video before concluding that Rossetto shot the teens in self defense.

If this had happened in Canada, the maintenance man would never see the light of day again.

The liberal media would paint the dead teens as "innocent victims" and would go on about how they were just starting to turn their lives around.

Glad the man was let go with no charges for defending his right to live without a cracked skull.

If this would have happened in Canada, the maintenance man would have been dead because he wouldn't have been allowed to own and carry a handgun!

But you are right about the liberal media painting the "victims" as innocent teens....
