Light at the Start of the Tunnel is finally available online, as shown in the AR Classifieds forum.

Sorry Gryphon, Tinypics was a bridge too far because the book is a commercial matter. The link with Bunduki Books has a picture of the cover but somehow shows an acre of paper around it. There are better pics on the SSAA classified site under Scopes & Red Dots.

Feel free to ask questions about the book here and in Classified - they will keep it coming to the top Smiler

The Flying Circus may have bitten the dust 100 years ago but it pains me to tell you the Floating Circus has ruled the scope world for most of the last 50.

This is one battle I really wish German technology had won.

Read all about it - and the merits of a rearguard action.

Just a heads-up. I'll be up the bush for the next four days and out of contact.

If you're interested in a book, by all means PM me (before you change your mind Smiler) but don't expect an immediate reply.

Cheers

Hate to disappoint you, Gryph, but I'm up in central Victoria helping my cousin pick olives. There are deer in the hills but the only chance I might get of going after them this trip is if a frost ruins all the olives.

He is a deer hunter but I'm afraid the 600 olive trees, which just came with a house he bought, seem to take up most of the time he used to spend in the hills. Foxes and kangaroos sap a lot of his hunting time, too.

Olives are ok after a big frost..as long as they come off the tree within three days.
Go hunting,I reckon I know which grove you are at btw.

I'll tell him that. Gotta go home tomorrow for party and the range on Friday.

Planning a hunt in about 10 days, though.

You probably do know where I am, but I'd be interested to know how.

Cheers
