Are anyone tell me more about Camels in Australia??? On Sky news Australia yesterday there was a story about feral Camels, the governemt is putting tracking collars on some Camels. Stations owners are not happy about this, they just want the Camels shot. Do any of the Australian members here have access to stations with a feral Camel problem?? From the landline series. Gary Hall has shot camels when he was stationed in Alice Springs. Thats the only person I know of. I have seen wild camels on trips to Tennent Creek, no many however. ------------------------------ A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

It's funny how cost is no object when you aren't the one paying for the experiment. analog_peninsula ----------------------- It takes character to withstand the rigors of indolence.

When Bob Penfold was active handling cull shoots, their were many camel on Limbunya and Kirkimbie stations. Check with Matt Graham of Hunt Australia and member of this forum. He may have access to properties that have a feral camel problem. Geoff Shooter
