I will be importing into Australia some Winchester 1895's in .405Win. soon and anyone interested in buying one please PM me for order details. I have a Dealers licence and Winchester Australia will not import them so these will be the only ones imported please check www.winchester-guns.com for a pic and write up. Thanks

I pestered Chris Milligan (Winchester Rep) to bring in some .405s for quite some time but my pleas fell on deaf ears. I then managed to buy an original Win95 in .405 from Ken Burton at one of the Sydney gun shows. However I am still interested in getting a new one as the idea of doing a lot of shooting with a collectorable rifle bothers me and I want to shoot mine a lot (the only thing that has slowed me down is that I am having problems getting .405 cases as Hornady seem to be behind the drag curve on this one and I understand that cases are even hard to get in the US).

How much do you anticipate the .405s will cost and when will they be here? (...so I can arrange the finances!).
