Has anyone bought a rifle in Oz and had it shipped over to NZ?
Does it fall into the Too Hard Basket?
Are there dealers who would do it and are the regulations too much to overcome?
(I fancy getting a Zastava 375 HH and there are none in NZ and won't be for a long time if ever)

It is do-able. the issue is whether you can find a dealer in Oz that is prepared to do the paperwork and beauracratic bullshit the the Oz Govt require before you get it sent to a dealer in NZ who has an import licence.

If it were me , I would get a mate in Oz to buy the rifle , then shout him the airfare to come hunting with me over here .....

No easy way that I know of - easy getting stuff into here , hard getting stuff out of there...

Good luck

The paperwork isn't much - fax off one form to DoD.

Get on a plane and come and get it.
It's cheaper, less hassle and less BS.

Or pay me and I'll come over for the day.
Done it before and will do it again heaps of times.
