A young man with a recent degree in journalism from the University of Otago NZ, was hired by a newspaper there to write a human interest story about some of the locals.

He travelled into an isolated part of the South Island, found an old house there, and introduced himself to the man who lived in it.

He asked him, "What has happened around here that has made you happy?"

The man thought for a moment, and said, "Well, one time one of the neighbours sheep got lost. We all formed a search party and found it. Then
we all screwed it several times, and took it back home."

I can't print that!", the young man exclaimed. "Can you think of anything else that may have happened that made you happy?"

"Sure, one time one of the neighbours daughter's got lost. We all formed a search party and found her. Then we all screwed her, and took her back home".

"I can't print that either!", the young man exclaimed. "How about this.......has anything ever happened around here that made you sad?"

The man thought about it for a few minutes, then said,

"Yeah, I got lost once".

As long as you remember that Australia has only one BAD geographical feature you wont go far wrong in life . That feature is , of course , that any of the place is above sealevel....
