Holly and I are leaving on June 19 for a two week hunting adventure in New Zealand.

Since neither of us have ever visited Hawaii, we planned a 2 day layover in Honolulu to do a little sightseeing.

We would appreciate any suggestions you may have about where to stay and what to do while we are there.

If you can, go to another island. Oahu is crowded and quite developed, full of busloads of tourists. Maui is the best choice for a first time visitor. On any of the islands, you will not have a rpoblem finding something to do.

Try a dinner cruise on a catamaran, or a snorkeling trip.

If you shop a bit, yuo can find some good loding at a good price. You will need a rental car, so get one in a package. And try to stay longer than three days---Hawaii is pretty relaxing....
