Does anybody know who imports commercial mauser actions into Australia? Or any actions for that matter?

A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

I don't know if he is still bringing them in, but Graham Spraggon was bringing in the Yugoslavian Commercial M98 actions. I think that they were selling for around $500.

Do you particularly want an action? The other choice is Granite Arms bring in the Voere 2155, which is a stock standard Mauser 98 in a range of calibres from .22/250 up to 9.3x62, and the Voere 2165 which is an upgraded M98 in calibres up to the likes of the 9.3x64 and .375H&H. The 2155s are not too dear and you would be hard-pressed to build a rifle for the same money.

I am also trying to get Granite Arms to bring in some M334 rifles (Chinese made M98s in .308Win), which are very, very inexpensive.

Thanks Guys.

I'm just after actions BB. I was going to use my M98 and M96 for my boys guns BUT I was checking them out the other day and as they have matching numbers it would be a shame to strip them down. Besides that it would be cheaper to buy a commercial action than to trick up a military one I would think.

BB,
Are these the same actions as used on the Norincos a few years back?
Cheers...
