Does anyone know much about SCI show to be held in Febraury? Will there be any U.S and/or African hunting guides at the show.Cheers

The Australian SCI Shows are pretty low key affair ...they are definatley not worth going to

I haven't been to a convention since the combined SCI / SSAA SHOT show in 2000 (?).

Are any of the current offerings worthwhile?

Do any of them have a decent number of stands or are they just the equivalent of a small local club having an AGM with a dinner?

What actually happened to the original SHOT shows? Someone get greedy?

The original Chapter that combined with SSAA bit the dust due to internal problems, greed and their resignation from SCI.

A new SCI Chapter was formed by disgruntled former members and now holds the SCI Show. Do not know the details.

I believe the combined SSAA - SCI - SHOT - Safari show ended before the split ????

Just was wondering why, but probably can guess.
