Might be going down south to live in Tasmania at the end of my current contract.

Am interested if there is crown land free range falllow deer hunting like the victorian Sambar?

Am also interested in the duck shooting options?

Am pretty attracted to the flyfishing oportunities and general sailing/hiking opportunties and am hopping the hunting might put the icing on the cake jump

was fishing around Aurthors lake (if i remember correctly) and saw about 10 fallow while driving down a track.
From what research I have done SSAA, Deer Association and Feild and Game organise access to private and public blocks for members. They have a Deer Quality Management system in place and you are permitted two fallow a year during season.
Not quite the arrangement I have here but two certainly keeps the freezer full for awhile.
