Going in tomorrow for shoulder surgery. I'll pop back on when I can.

------------------------------
A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

we'll just send along a prayer for a speedy and complete recovery. I've had rotator cuff surgery, and it is not a lot of fun...

God Bless,

Rich

Good luck, Bakes. I suppose it is too much to hope that it's not your shooting shoulder.

Dont worry mate - my brother-in-law has just had his second shoulder surgery ( both shoulders now ) for rotator cuff repair and it seems to be something that is not overly stressfull in recovery. He is back at work now and seems fine , so you should be good too , as long as your vet knows what he is doing ;-)

I had the R one scoped about 15 yrs ago and was back at it in a week. Did ok.
Feb '14 had the left one completely replaced, it's great, had the Right one replaced this past Jan 22nd and doing pretty decent with it too.

Enough I fired this kicking .358U/mag with 250's & 90gr 7828 at 2884fps avg in a tee shirt. Til I got concerned about wrecking that nice doc's work having fun. Had a pad made, now the weather has turned to winter here.

Tony you'll be back at it this time next week. Just don't rush it and pull on those ropes once he says do it. That helps. and practice reaching around your back far as you can. That's the part that limits my motion now. Barely reach the small of my back, or base of neck. Tough to wash my back so I use a hand towel to do it with now.

Good luck,
George

Well I'm home. A little sore but have scored some good drugs. And I have to send 6 weeks in a sling

I've had both of mine done, complete rebuild, the right came back fine but the left one is still a mess after 2 years, have another tear in the rotator cuff. DO WHAT THE DOCTOR TELLS YOU TO! Ice will be your friend. They make a machine called EBice that has a pad that you wear and it circulates ice water on your shoulder constantly, it sure helps.

You'll be fine!
