Hey all in N.America

Fellow AR member Tim Herald's 2 episodes of his Magnum TV hunt he did with us in the NT Australia are on Outdoor Channel this week and next.

Damn shame we cant get Outdoor here and I probably wont get to see the episodes for many months... anyhow, check it out - preview of first episode here...

Why do we all look so fat though ... the camera really adds like ummm.... 20 pounds!!

No I dont, depends on the terrain. At that time/place we were going through lots of muddy patches and then dry sand - there arent any burrs on the ground in that area so I go barefoot instead of having to dry my boots every day. For the visiting hunter to dry your boots every day for a week is no big deal, wearing damp boots every day for a month or more isn't fun - so I go barefoot where I can. It makes for quiet stalking too. Plus I have very tough soles!!!

The second episode had some serious fishing Matt. They went to some restaurant that cooked some of their fish. Damn it looked good.

Yeah apparently the lads got among the fish. I didn't get to go out unfortunately.... The restaurant is in Gove (Nhulunbuy).
