Went out with Gary and co on thursday. There is still alot of water in the creeks and the pigs were hard to find. Drove 97km on station tracks and got bugger all. Saw some pigs on the property next door but they were left alone.

Gary had to work the next day so Cyclone and I went to a property I have access to and jumped a boar. Unfortunately we missed him CRYBABY
We pushed on up the creek and as we crossed over to the other side this bloke broke cover.

I was on the bank opposite holding cyclone's rifle as he scrambled up and saw it move. I was telling cyclone to hurry up (in a whisper) but he didn't know what all the fuss was about Big Grin He asked why I didn't just say PIG....and to tell the truth I never thought of that Roll Eyes jumping

His bed was in that thick crap behind me in the second pic and you can just see the bank I was standing on. If we didn't cross over we would've missed him, cunning bugger!

Easy.
In Darwin its 20's at night and low 30 during the day. Katherine is a little colder at night still. I'm actually coming down your way in September for an advanced course, going to learn to be a better doggie Roll Eyes Driving down as well, got to put K's on the car!

Greg,
I wouldn't use raw pig meat for dog food but I have roasted a leg from a small sow and eaten it. I suppose it would be OK if you worm your dogs regually. I worm my work and home pups every 3 months.
