The Boomer Biz is going bust big time in south Auz ! roughly about two shooters a week going under.Realisticly it's only those who have be going for years (like myself & a fewcothers that are going to be here when the dust settles). We are suffering a major drought. Which means Quotas are cut but running costs keep rising.
I'm keeping my hand in After Foxes & a few Goats& keeping my eyes open for some Deer who were relised in to the wild from a Deer farm a few years ago! But although I'm finding Trace of em so far there4 eluding me .The anoing thing being .A mate pulled into our Place one morning to show me the Fallow Deer that he,d shot Not 20mins from my place !!!!!

Where are you from B.A. and what do you hunt where you are.
I hunt deer, kangaroo, hare and rabbit. I'm not into duck shooting although I enjoy hunting with a 12 gauge.

Around home I hunt rabbits, hare, foxes, feral pigeons and ducks.

A short to medium drive away is deer: fallow and sometimes reds. If I pay it could include chital or rusa but haven't taken a rusa yet.

A longer drive is pigs and goats and sambar and hog deer. Then also donkeys, camels etc.

A really long drive is buffalo.

A long flight is cape buffalo and antelope. Big Grin
