Went ok. Didn't kill myself so that's a bonus. Very comfortable. ------------------------------ A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. I said "How can you tell them apart?" He said "Her brother's got a moustache!"

Certainly looks good and comfortable. Not having had anything to do with them, how do you get them up higher ? Pete

Its a climbing stand mate. You stand on the foot plate and move the seat up then lift the foot plate up with your feet. I went up about 4 meters. The stringy bark tree probably wasn't the best tree to start with ------------------------------ A mate of mine has just told me he's shagging his girlfriend and her twin. Looks good, Tony! I made a ladder type from aluminium and chained it to a tree on a friendly farmer's place. Trouble was the property was then sold and the new owners did not want any hunters at all, hoping that would stop poaching. I asked if I could leave my stand there until I found somewhere else for it. They said yes but when I went back to get it the supposedly suppressed poachers had cut the chain and stolen the stand, as well as sundry deer.

A word of advice mate. If you fall, make sure you land on your head. Nothing will happen then!

Two things I reckon Make sure there is some device/strap connecting the two parts of the stand. A safety strap/harness are included for good reason. Don't limit your challenges . . . Challenge your limits
