Well, after a long wait for WLB to approve the PTA, I finally have my hands on the model 303 that has always held a fascination - the LE "Long Tom" 1902 Sparkbrook, bore 80% (no pitting or rust) replacement Qld maple forewood stamped "MA" and all matching No's. Sight and mounting plate is a BSA pat. 1907. The other rifle is an 1897 ME 303 with a Meus sight and mounting plate.
