I have read were there is a big market in NZ for deer meat.What does the out fitters do with the meat from the stags and fallow deer.Do they sell it or leave it? When I was in Argentina they just cut off the heads and left them there for the buzards.

As far as I know, it cant be sold as is. Most would be given away, or fed to dogs etc.
