Interestingly enough it may perhaps be in the offing. I/we received a call from GH who we have had a trip on hold since coved pandemic. He stated our trip need be arranged again to come to fruition. Not sure what the parameters of getting into the country but believe it would require coved testing, perhaps quarantine for xxxx amount of days et al. But, this is a step forward to getting NZ open.
Having said this we booked a trip to Spain for Oct. 2022. Told GH that two trips not possible this year. He is an understanding man and is working with us to plan for 2023/2024. We are flexible and can work with these upcoming plans.
So, for those concerned I would contact NZ outfitters to discuss options. Hope there is no complications upcoming. Nature is nature and politicians are sore to give up ANY possible control of the public. Good luck all! MTG

NZ requires double vax to enter or 1 week quarantine per my contact. I have a trip planned for May 23, hoping they will go to testing prior to entering and drop the vax.
