i will be getting a Hatcher stock and was wondering if the learned brethren on here might offer up a name or two for those blokes that do the final finish off of pantograph duplicate stocks for the final fitting etc.

Brett Rossouw in QLD is finishing a Hatcher stock for me at the moment.

This is the first he has done for me, but all the photos etc I have seen of his work is good, and he has a good reputation. I should be able to tell you from first hand results in the new year.

Russell Le Maitre in Canberra is good.

His phone number is 011 61 401 791 986 (that is what I call from the US on my mobile phone), It has been 10 years since I lived in Australia. I have no idea how to call direct from Australia anymore.

Tell him Seth Dyer sent you, and you want the septic rate!

He is an agent for Kahles and Swarovski in Australia, builds rifles, and is a hell of a good guy.

Fly and F-Class shooter.

He hunts in Victoria all the time, you could probably meet him half way.

I know Wagga Wagga isn't any closer than Canberra is from Victoria, but John Butts is a stockmaker there.

He is a mate of Russ's and is probably not as busy. I don't have a contact for John.
