Phone lines went down here for two days...had to talk to the wife at night

Went out hunting on Sunday. Very hot and humid, Katherine had some showers and that spread the pigs around. Got two average size pigs. Pulled off an arsey shot much to the amusement of my hunting mates

On another note. I just finished reading a book on the Zulu wars, by Saul David. Have to say the cowardly behaviour of some of the officers was an eye opener, not like the movies at all.

It's never like the movies,THERE IS NO BACKGROUND MUSIC.

When I was at the old's place in Tin Can Bay I took the fablous Baker boys out pumping nippers and fishing. The pumping nippers was ok but ever tried teaching a 7&9 year old how to throw a hand line Talk about frustration Good part was that they caught some fish. Little bloke caught a nice bream and the oldest cleaned up on the whiting.
